Whether you’re working on quantum tech, materials science, AI, or energy solutions, the programme “Entrepreneurship: Managing Innovation and Building Start-Ups” will help you transform knowledge into real-world impact.

Programme Structure & Duration

  • Duration: 29 April – 3 July
  • Format: 4 structured modules which combine asynchronous and synchronous parts and a presentation phase at the end
  • Workload: 180 h, equivalent to 6 ECTS credits
  • Outcome: official microcredential certificate

You will gain practical, hands-on skills:

  • How to identify market potential of ideas
  • How to build and validate a startup concept
  • Basics of innovation management and product development
  • Understanding business models, funding, and scaling
  • How to pitch your idea to investors and partners

At the final stage of the programme, you will have the opportunity to take part in a presentation phase in Germany, where selected participants will present their startup ideas to an international audience of experts, and mentors.

This programme is jointly developed by Chemnitz University of Technology, Ivan Franko National University of Lviv, and Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv within the framework of the DAAD-funded project “CLiK Bridge”. It brings together expertise from leading Ukrainian and German institutions to offer a truly international learning experience.
