Information on the thesis

The Ph.D. Thesis considers the theoretical and methodological preconditions of
the modern economic systems research. The evolution of the views of economic
systems in the world economic science is studied, the instrumentarium is considered
of studying the modern economic systems and the essence is clarified of the
institutional approach to the research of the processes of economic systems
ecologization under the globalization conditions, which, to our point of view, is
constituted by the regulating role of the state and international organizations as to the
environment protection, rational utilization of natural resources, insurance of the
ecological balance, care about the future generations on the basis of the uninterrupted
promulgation and establishment of the progressive ecological values, formation of the
appropriate environmental awareness and environmental culture.
The thesis is explained that the theory of post-industrial society at the
beginning of the third millennium is de-facto global methodological paradigm. It was
proved that it would be reasonable to conduct further researches aimed at finding the
theoretical and methodological grounds of the comparison of modern economic
systems under the conditions of the globalization reinforcing processes through the
prism of the theory of post-industrial society, where the key role is plaid by the
information and knowledge, as by the unrestricted factors of the economic systems
development.
The essence of ecologization of economic systems under the conditions of the
globalization processes reinforcement is clarified, the condition and socio-economic
consequences of the economic systems ecologization are analyzed and the influence
of globalization on the economic systems ecologization is grounded.
The focus is made on the presence of great discrepancies between the
traditional market economy and environmental challenges.
The conviction is grounded that the natural conditions and direct natural
environment have an essential impact on the people’s world view, their psychological
condition and culture.
The ways of improvement of the institutional mechanisms for the facilitation of
the developed economic systems ecologization under the globalization conditions are
suggested.
The necessity is grounded of the creation of the global environmental and legal
act – Ecological Constitution of Earth the task of which would be the determination
of mandatory norms of behavior in the relations between the society and nature in all
countries of the world.
For the purpose of the institutional insurance of the Ecological Constitution of
Earth it was suggested form the set of authorities realizing the control over the
declared regulations of the economic activity of national and international production
structures, mainly: The council for the environmental security and stable
development, International organization for the environmental issues, International
Ecological Fund, Committee for tracing the environmental offenses, International
Ecological Tribunal, Committee for the stable development facilitation.
Based on the analyzed potential directions of the transformation of the
economic system of Ukraine the most acceptable once are outlined, taking into
account the modern conditions of the functioning of the national economic system.
The belief is expressed that the integral model of the socio-economic system of
Ukraine should incorporate all diversity of the modern civilization process, and,
simultaneously, rely upon its own economic structure and economic culture, its
comparative and competitive advantages, taking into account the national historical,
economic, social peculiarities and objective necessity of shifting to the noospheric
economy-management principles.
