Thesis for the Doctor Degree in Economic Sciences. Speciality 08.00.08 – Money, Finance and Credit. – Ivan Franko National University of Lviv. – Lviv, 2015.

The thesis presents a theoretical generalization and new solution of important scientific problems related to development of theoretical and methodological basis for implementation of financial policies and justification of the basis of practical recommendations aimed at improving the effectiveness of its implementation mechanism to ensure the competitiveness of the national economy and society whole.

A set of theoretical and scientific-methodological provisions for implementing monetary policy, which is based on: identifying the main characteristic features of existing definitions of the term “financial policies” justify the allocation of functions fiscal policy, disclosure of interim financial relations and the nature of conflict.

The necessity of socialization financial policy in Ukraine and developed its conceptual framework, based on the need to increase the share of labor in opaty income structure, reducing income inequality, the implementation of social investment to ensure personal development.

A functional diagnosis mechanism for implementing financial policies. The influence of the budget and tax financial transmission channels on the dynamics of socio-economic development, the estimation of quantitative parameters coordination of fiscal and monetary policy. Grounded tools evaluation of financial policy using the verification of financial plans, allowing us to conclude no accountability conditions of implementation of financial policies in Ukraine.
