Annotation

A dissertation for a Candidate’s degree of political sciences in a specialty 23.00.02– Political Institutions and Processes. – Ivan Franko National University of Lviv, Lviv, 2016.

The thesis presents a complex research of political, legal and institutional framework of conflicts regulation in Ukrainian political space, describes the effectiveness of efforts both at national and international levels.

The ideological and chronological peculiarities of political conflicts study are analyzed, also is revealed actualization of research in scientific space. It is defined the nature of conflict in the political environment, and the nature and structural characteristics of the conflicts management.

In the thesis are identified points that emerged in the application of political impact on conflicts and their legal registration. In dissertation current challenges and threats to international security are found, confirmed with the transformation of hybrid conflict in Ukraine. Are summarized the main objectives and recommendations for optimization efforts towards effective regulation and constructive political solutions of existing conflicts and preventing possible ones.
