Annotation

The dissertation presents a comprehensive political research of problem of Internet communications as a factor of the democratization of the electoral participation of the citizens of Ukraine. The author structures the conceptual approaches to the study of use of Internet communications in the electoral processes. Special attention was paid to the problems of legislative support of electoral Internet communications. The recommendations for the improvement of the legislative support of functioning of Internet communications in the electoral process were given. The paper substantiates the institutional structure and electronic democratization of electoral participation. The concepts of e-marketing and e-management of the electoral process were conceptualized. The author analyzes the electoral process governmented by civil society through the involvement of the electronic means. The role of Internet communications in the democratization of electoral participation in the presidential elections of 2010, 2014 is characterized. The author characterizes Internet communications as part of citizen participation in the parliamentary elections of 2012, 2014. The perspectives of introduction of electronic elections in Ukraine were outlined.
