The socio-political communication in polish journalism

Annotation

Based on the example of Polish printed media of 1989 – 2013, the dissertation studies socio-political communication in Polish journalism. The transformative changes of Polish printed media market were traced in high-quality Polish publications «Tygodnik powszechny», «Niedziela», «Gazeta Wyborcza», «Kultura» by Ye. Hedroyets, «Polityka» as well as the transition to democratic society political culture (functioning of competitive, qualitative regional and local printed media). Experimental evaluation method was applied (questionnaire), the typology was outlined (modern journalism positionally-typological models), Polish printed media classification before and after transformation period, printed media local market of all levels was investigated (of local and sub-local magazines). Paradigm of change of Ukrainian image in Polish printed media was represented by stereotypes graph and comparative table.
