The  dissertation  examines  the  processes  of  operation,  directions  and  patterns  of
regional economic integration, internal factors influence the economic environment of the
participating countries of ASEAN integration association on the level of integration in an
innovative environment.
Formed a set of basic concepts that reveal the essence of the international economic
integration  process,  the  theoretical  foundations  that  form  the  conceptual  teaching
economic integration identified factors that contribute to this process. A set of indicators
measuring  global  and  regional  economic  integration,  summarizing  and  systematizing
individual performance monitoring of global and regional economic processes. The role of
innovation  policy  in  the  context  of  ASEAN  transformation  of  the  global  economy.
Investigated  the  potential  of  trade  and  economic  integration  of  ASEAN  establishment,
determined  the  level  of  intensity  of  trade  flows  countries  –  participants.  Analyzed  the
investment  component  of  ASEAN  as  well  as  consideration  of  the  FDI  impact   on  the
economy of these countries developed an econometric model to identify the factors and
their  degree  of  influence  on  this  indicator.  Determined  the  effect  of  the  economic
environment   internal  factors   of  ASEAN   member  countries  on  the  level  of  their
integration in the innovation environment. The components of the Global Innovation Index
are  important  indicators  that  determine  the  international  competitiveness  of  innovation
policy, in particular – the quality of institutions, the state of human capital, the level of
research,  infrastructure  and  so  on.  As  a  result  of  research  the  quality  differences  of
countries  technological  politics  organization  were  set.  Revealed  the  existence  of
significant  differentiation  ASEAN countries  on these indicators of innovation.  So much
benefit from the innovative integration of receiving countries – leaders, while participants
with low levels of innovation potential remaining on the periphery of the global innovation
system.
A  monitoring  innovation  organizations  operating  under  the  auspices  of  ASEAN,
followed by an assessment of their effectiveness, according to the analysis SWOT matrix
built in system of science, technology and innovation and provide recommendations for
further improving the innovation processes in the member countries of ASEAN. Reviewed
by  state  economic  cooperation  between  Ukraine  and  ASEAN  in  the  economic transformation,
and  justify  recommendations  for  further  cooperation  of  the  national economy.
