Information on the thesis

The thesis deals with the development of higher education at the global educational market and Ukraine and the development of theoretical and practical recommendations for trends improvement of system transformation of educational services in the context of international competitiveness providing of national economy.

The hypothesis concerning the dominant influence of higher education development the macroeconomic indicators of global economy countries in the global conditions of educational market has been put forward and checked up. It has been mathematically proved that just the level of national economy intellectualization, investment and R & D funding determine the ability of research and innovation potential for educational services export as an important factor of national income  increasing at a time of increase in competition between mega-regions of the world at the global educational market.

A method for quantitative assessment of internationalization degree of higher education has been offered and the system of countries clustering with the characteristic features definition of either of the five clusters has been developed; the genesis  determinant and development dominant of higher education according to the stage of a global educational market grouping have been investigated.

The current state of global educational market has been analyzed; the structural changes in key market segments have been defined; global trends and European priorities in the development of generality and innovation of higher education have been identified; the development influence  of educational services  informatization in the world and Ukraine have been estimated.

The systemizing of priority forms and mechanisms of international partnerships in higher education in the context of international integration deepening and strategic development of countries with economies in transition has been done; the evolvement of higher education in Ukraine in the context of global challenges has been defined; the strategy improvement of innovative development of national economy through the transformation of higher education in the context of competitive advantages obtaining in the global market have been suggested.
